I sit alone

I think of you

I think of what you do for me

I think

Why would you do this for me?

All I am is a suicidal writer

A depressed kid who only saw darkness and never deserved brighter

You are so much more

You are everything I could've wished for

You are everything I was hoping for

You deserve so much better

Someone whose only interaction with their mother is a 17 year old letter

Someone who makes you actually feel better

I feel my heart fall for you with every letter

Everyday is another ounce of happiness I don't deserve

You give me a smile that I know I should have

They are the first honest smiles I've had in years

Why would you want to give them to me

Why don’t you see my past and treat me like the rest
