I hear the voices of those ideas that speak into my ear, making their way up to my head. They won't go away. Maggots! They are maggots! They gnaw at my mind, over and over again! Gnawing and gnawing! It's a slow torture. When I realise that I cannot just ignore the untamed idea, I have to write it down. It begins to grow. A story. But no! It doesn't make sense! They don't understand that the only way to be free of this slow torture, is to write. Writing isn't my hobby. But I must stop the gnawing.
