Hello little one, it's been a while,
We've been looking for someone,
He was quite like you, little one,
Nobody knew how strong.

Do you think about your own life, little one?
How you could end so young,
Be hit by one of those growling beasts,
That you see in the road outside?

The one that we search for is like you,
But he was never quite so small,
He was scared before brave, tame before wild,
We loved him as much as we could.

He was just a little boy, my child,
Those beasts on the main road,
Took his tiny heart and smashed it,
Into a million furry pieces.

So then, my tiny friend,
The niece of our baby boy,
Welcome to our house, small one,
We hope you enjoy your stay.

Labby: So this was a thing. You see, our cat died, quite recently actually, but we found out that his sister, Kit Kat, was having kittens. So we managed to snag one for ourselves, and we now have a gorgeous little baby tabby. We called her Bean, if you couldn't tell. So, here's to second chances.
