don't let me go into the light

Would you still stand there by my side?
Would you still love all that I got?
Or would you drop my broken heart
And let me venture into light?
I looked for answers in the sky.
I wish these feelings would just die.
All I can do is stay and fight.
All I can do is make this flight.
And If I fell would you just go
Or would you help me as I crawl?
Would you trust that I'm not done
Or would you quit and just be gone?
Because you guide when thoughts get dark.
You give me warmth when world gets dark.
You lift me up when I feel broke.
You give me air when I could choke.
I just don't want to die tonight;
So please just smile, hold me tight.
I am not ready for the light;
So please just listen through the night.
I'll gonna lift the pain away,
I'll silence demons once again.
I'm gonna find a better place
Simply by gazing at your face.
