The Human Heart of Troubles

By John Jimoh

What a sordid heart of man

Far from slur in creation

Twines around in deliberate exploits

The dark places of the earth says the holies

It sometimes pulls to the light

That shines as twinkles from the cracks

The blackness of the dark dot

Shed its dimness on it...more troubles rage...

It drives upon habitual psychology

Making inferences in uncertainties

Sprouting slots of dichotomy

Where others wait to nudge for a chance

In the very face of tough certitudes

If it fails, a slot is strayed to launch again

If it succeeds, merry is the heart and more

The heart is indeed a data centre

The hub of human existence

Crashes and downtimes not an option

It runs ad infinitum in the rib cage

Like the ocean over stream

Floating the debris for troubles unending

Floating the sea meal for pleasures evermore

Hard as it may be, the heart is full of troubles
