If you want to know the truth, all the truth about what's happening all over the planet, don't go to the mass media. Maybe, there was a time, when they told the truth, but time have changed. Nowadays "big money" bought the truth, and the official medias are no longer independent. Some medias are, some are not. You've got to choose your side of "the truth" -as truth is in reality a debatable concept-.

Natalie is one of these reporters who, not only tells the truth, but fight for it. She thinks we are surrounded by lies. To her, lies are all around, "Anywhere but here". She means, when she is around, lies are not. She thinks modern societies have become a world of "Illusion & Mirrors". The reflection you see in the mirror is just an illusion, and mirrors are all around. Just look at the skyscrapers and their huge mirror-like walls. They send back to the thousands of people walking by every day, the illusions of a world of opportunities, where the most talented and smartest take it all. "The Dark World" of money-making and power struggles has no secrets for Natalie, well aware of the world surrounding her. She doesn't play silly and follow the mass. She is a "Black Swan" in the reporter community. It's more common to use the term "black sheep". But as a beautiful, elegant and smart young lady, Natalie sees herself more as a graceful swan than a hairy sheep. I totally agree with her. If she had to be turned into an animal, she would look much better in the skin of a swan than a sheep.

Natalie is not a conservative and traditional woman. She'd rather be "The Other Woman", the one with "No Strings Attached". You know what I mean, the woman with no emotional ties in romantic relationships. She is a free spirit and an independent woman, as much professionally as in her personal life. Among all the "Beautiful Girls" you see in the suburb, she's probably the smartest of all. Surely the only one with a Harvard degree. She thinks modern society has become very hypocritical. "Everyone Says I Love You", but mostly nobody feels it. "Where the Heart Is" is a mystery. It seems everybody is locked in its own mind, kind of locked in a "mental jail". It's like living on a "Cold Mountain", cause the city is "cold as ice". And getting "Closer" to someone's heart sounds like a big threat. That would explain why so many people "wear social masks" and pretend, just as a way to protect themselves and feel safe. At some point in her life she decided to move to another country. She just said.

"Paris, je t'aime."

But then some six months later she was back, complaining about local people being rude. So she changed it for.

"New York, I Love You."

And she still hangs around in the same city. So I guess she gave up her French lessons. She has strong opinions on many subjects. One of her main concerns is gender equality. She says that if "Mars Attacks!" -men being abusive towards women-, Venus should fight back -women should defend themselves-. Her other main concern is the political situation in her country of birth. Natalie was born in a sacred city called Jerusalem. The "Star Wars" between Israel and the Arab Coalition initiated a long time ago. But it still goes on,... and on,... and on. It's like an endless trilogy. The losing side, the Palestinian, have seen everything during all these lost decades. "The Phantom Menace", the "Attack of the Clones", and "The Revenge of the Sith". I explain it in detail if you missed it.

"The Phantom Menace": the Phantom Drone is part of the new technology used in missions of intelligence by the army

"Attack of the Clones": there are the attacks launched by the Hamas and Hezbolla against Israel

"The Revenge of the Sith": this is the military response of Israeli Army in Gaza and Cisjordania against Palestinians

It looks like science fiction, but it's not. It's real war, with real people dying.

Natalie can change her mind, but she cannot change the world. For a change, she was once asked about her personal opinions and that was quite interesting to get "smart" answers from someone used to ask "smart" questions.

"I'm a Gemini, so I change my mind every day."

She does for sure. But not about the gender equality and the political situation in her country of birth.

"I'd rather be smart than a movie star."

When you are beautiful and smart like Natalie, it must be a dilemma to choose. But I guess her Harvard degree gives a clue, "having a brain" is worth more than "having a look". If she was dumb, she would have said the opposite.

"I don't love studying. I hate studying. I like learning. Learning is beautiful."

Another great answer. Studying is learning by heart, which I call "learning silly". Learning is something different. Learning is knowing. And when you know you don't have prejudice, and you make the right decisions cause you know where the truth stands.

"The moment you buy into the idea that you're above anyone else, is the moment you need to be slapped in the face."

She could feel superior, having a "superior" brain, and a "superior" look. But Natalie knows so much, that she also knows where wrong attitude can take you. And that's why she slapped herself before anyone else could do so. With Natalie it never happened and it will never happen. She is far too careful to let it happen.

So, she may change her mind every day, but she won't change who she is and what she truly values. That's what I call a beautiful woman, with a beautiful mind.

"So, goodnight Natalie. You'll wake up someday as an actress. But don't worry, you'll always be smarter than a movie star."
