As soon as he informed, he ran away and reached there. The scene was enough to indicate the magnitute of the incident. Broken slipers were scattered around on the street. The bodies of dead were still intact.

Water scarcity was increasing day by day. Mutual hatred among the people was growing. They were bent of killing each other. The government had issued instructions to release water per day to each family. But today, the people grew impatient. They had panicked after tankers arrived.

He still stood at a distance from the scene. His eyes were filled with tears, but he did manage himself. Police cane was brandished to disprese the crowd. He stepped forward , but suddenly a policeman stopped him. He lifted his eyes . Policeman looked back on, and then went out the front. He proceeded slowly, and sat down near the dead body of that ten to twelve year old girl. He fixed her scattered clothes. He began to fix the clothes of all dead bodies. He became neurotic and crying like a crazy child.

Then someone in the crowd asked," Who is this? Is there any relatives died ? " Others replied, " No."
