The Coffee House

I’m going to a coffee house,

I’ve not been in one for years

But I am surely missing out

According to my peers.

I’ll have a cup of coffee

But what’s this all about?

I stare hard at the menu

And I try to work it out.

You may not believe it,

but what’s a cappuccino?

And now I come to think of it,

What is a frappuchino?

There’s mocha frap, espresso frap

And caramel that’s lite;

Or a mocha cookie crumble

For my taste buds pure delight.

There’s Latte, Americano,

And there’s skinny latte too;

Espresso – does that mean it’s quick? --

Whatever shall I do?

I think I’ll sneak out of the door,

Drive home and park the car;

I’ll put the kettle on to boil

And spoon my coffee from a jar!
