Not Exactly The Same

Keep forgetting to love you ev'ryday

Keep forgetting you're mine

And that you should stay

Maybe it's 'cause I don't love you as much

As I wanna be loving some one

Don't remember, 'cause all I do is wrong

Don't remember I ever heard that song

I can keep believing you love me

But I just couldn't say it exactly the same

When you say all those words to me

When you say all you can say

It's not a fact we are over yet

So I'll just slip these words in your sleep

And when you find us to be over

And when you find out I've been lyin'

Will you remember you weren't tellin' the truth either?

And just wake up and see

That even you don't wanna be with me?

The chalk of dust that covers us both

The chalk of dust that you clean up

Will you empty your heart

And take me out of it?

Or will I learn to love your sorry ass?
