I watched the Ocean with much trepidation as it hurled all that damned water  my way.  I cursed Matt Richards for perhaps the hundredth time.  How dare he simply walk into my mothers life and try to buy me off with, admittedly, a gorgeous dress.  I suppose he started off alright, but who is he to tell me what a "young lady" is supposed to dress like?

He most certainly does not qualify as an authority.  When he told me i was not to wear makeup, by god, that was the last straw.  Wash it off?   No problem buddy. If my clothing preferences must die, I'm taking your dress with me.  I pursed my lips in defiance, crouching down low.

The waves came right on pouring in, obviously, physics leaves no wiggle room for an uncertain outcome in this instance.  The thought of how cold the water would be stood absolutely no chance when leveled against the satisfaction of seeing Matt's enraged face when he sees the sandy dress. I'm going to stop, drop, and roll all over that porcelain mask of perfection, Matt.  Laura jumped.
