Summary

Our American Bald Eagle stands bold and proud
Representing our nation's liberty
Soaring effortlessly above the shores
Peering down at the majestic sea.

His wings caress the perpetual clouds
Flying bravely to the earth
Gracefully adorn the lulling wind
Proudly brag our nation’s birth.

His eyes are golden as the earth's mother lode
Gazing upon the mountain peaks
Keen and brilliant is his brow
Standing firm they seem to speak.

His tail is broad and fans the wind
Like a rudder, it gracefully flows
Tail feathers spread to take their leave
Soon to branch he will repose.
