From the depths of hell I sit

Walking along burning in this fiery pit

For my selfish nature of flesh has made choices I can’t take back

Blinded by the peach that has a nice slight crack

For the taste of it is good and fulfills my hungry need

But the more I do it I draw further away from life of eternity

So like Adam only this time I told eve no

For living forever is a life I won’t sacrifice anymore.

I rather water the garden and produce fruit that is ripe

Then to only be satisfied momentarily for one night.
