Chapter 1 An Idea

What if life was just a math problem to be solved? Just like there are countless solutions to a problem, different people solve it in different ways. Is being different such a bad thing? Are mistakes overrated compared to good deeds? What makes us human? Is it freedom of choice? What we eat in the morning? How we go about life? One thing I’ve learnt is that perfect has no definition. Its just a word that people take too seriously. Pretty? Ugly? Why do we automatically know which one to think of a person? Was this taught to us? Has society and the past changed the views of our creators into such idle talk? We humans take many things too seriously, which is funny because we bring it upon ourselves to do so. Why is being happy positive and angry negative? Can’t it be the other way around? Why do we associate them as opposites? Not all scars are physical but they have one thing in common is that they are deep, they remind us of the things we sometimes forget. Truth be no one lives an ideal life, and no one is without weakness. No one has everything. Differences make us weary, that’s what brings war. Selfishness is our undoing; it makes us gullible cowards. Fear is truth, it tells stories. Screams are a language we can’t understand but feel. Broken hearts are never fully mend but they give us great meaning, they are our badges of strength. If you can wear them proudly. What makes us scared makes us weak and what makes us weak makes us think, think about what we are putting ourselves through. It brings out our capabilities. Fire and water are but lovers not opposites. They have their unique power but give each other calamity which is what we need to learn. Why rule when you can live? Why seek power when you can give? And why take chances when you can trust? The answer is, that there is no one we trust, and no one we feel the need to give to, and that we would rather have riches than live gratefully. Imagination what does it mean to imagine? Is it powerful that it made us feel awe towards Einstein? Does it come at a cost? Does it create great minds but instill  great caution? A dream is not reality to some but can be if those some were to accept regret.
