He will be executed sometime today

He has been on death row for five years,

He hopes that it's speedy with no delay

When he faces the devil and all of his peers.

He can sense his loved ones fear,

They're sitting so rigid and tall,

He wishes that he could wipe away their tears

Through the glass and sound-proofed walls.

He asked his family not to fret

He deserves the punishment of death,

He will leave them with much regret,

He will love them till his dying breath.

His final wish is very clear

He wants everyone to know

That with the face of evil he lived in fear,

You don't want to live life on death row.
