Business trips were always a pain according to Randal Ciardi. This is why he hated being a sales rep. The only redeeming thing about the trips was the ability to explore coastlines. It was late afternoon when he finally made it out of the hotel and left work behind him. The coastline was beautiful in Italy this time of year. Making his way around the bay it was the red that caught his eye. A young woman in a Red and white summer dress jumping over the rocks and dancing close to the water’s edge. He paused for a moment watching her in amazement as the light reflecting off the water’s surface highlighted her curves. She happened to turn making eye contact with Randal causing her to freeze in response.

“Ah hi, I didn’t mean to scare you.” Randal stated walking closer.

“Please Stay away from me.” The Girl stated stepping back into the water. It was then that He noticed the skin on her legs reacting to the water. Brilliant ruby coloured scales begun to appear as she continued to back away.

“I Understand. Please tell me your name” He called.

“Thes….Thessalonike.” She stated before disappearing into the water.
