People weaponize words,

sentences act as swords.

Of society, they're binding chords.

Of society, they are your lords.

My self-control will be the death of me.

Idiocracy is the clay from which we are made,

ignorance to your ignorance fuels your delusion,

into the void we all will fade.

Of this, I see one conclusion,

my self-control is killing me

People label the contents of souls,

without attempting to read their scrolls.

Societal rules will take their tolls,

your intelligence is what it culls.

My self-control can only hold so much.

Prisons are labeled as schools,

they always attack our minds,

they only churn out our fools.

No, I am not doing fine,

my self-control was the death of me.
