Once on a hot summers day, a boy named jeopardy (that’s me) finally finished his latest invention (drumroll please) the Door-a-shock, yes, this invention was a very clever one because it, shocked the person touching the handle, genius! I was born on a stormy night (I’m 15) in a bathroom in my mum’s old house, yes, my nana delivered me, they named me jeopardy (which means danger) because I practilly invent, create and use danger!! How exiting. My dad had died in a train collision, but I still have my mum, but that’s not the point of this story, because today I will be telling you of the lost fortune, yes you herd me. So, I was walking down the street one day (about 14 years of age) when a man came up to me and gave me a map (which looked very old, and dusty) then he said “Boy” I replied “Yes Sir” The man answered “Take this map and find the forgotten treasure” And so, I did, I packed my backpack and set off on one of my first expeditions, the hunt for the forgotten treasure. Firstly, I got on the 42 bus, then I jumped on the train to France, then onto a plane to the amazon forest (don’t ask where I got the money from) my first mission was to find the great rock of honour, so I popped into the local shop (it was a bit run down) and asked where I could find the great rock of honour, and they just shrugged their shoulders, so, I pulled out the map and the compass I brought with me and stared to use my not-so-good navigation skills. On my way to the rock met a new friend called Jeff (he’s a monkey) he now seems to follow me so I class that as friends. After a while I stared to get hungry (and I forgot the food) so I started to look around for things I could eat, luckily to my disposal, I found a crunchy beetle, that tasted like chicken (yummy) so I found more and ate them. When I finally reached the rock, I found another piece to the map, which showed a place called, pirates cove, so I exhaustedly made my way to thus cove. The next day, when I arrived, I met a few friendly pirates, who were very generous with their food (I didn’t tell them about the map) after the food I snuck and found the rest of the map, which led to a place called crooks corner. Not so long after, I reached crooks corner and found (after a look around) a chest containing a book and a ring. The ring was red in colour and the book was boring, but at least I had made some friends on the way and took a monkey home (my mum was not too happy) and lived happily ever after (until I got another map)
