I sit in darkness
Chained and bound
Where am I
I am in hell
I hear the voices
They scream in my head
I see a light far away
It appears to be moving toward me
It is not a light
But is an angel
The angel undoes my bindings
She helps me to my feet
And makes a motion with her hand for me to follow
She leads me down a long hall
And out of the darkness
She takes me by the hand
And pulls me toward a small house
I ask her for a name
She smiles at me
Turns her back and leaves
The floor opens and I fall
Back I to the darkness once and for all
I sit in darkness
Calling out for help
All the while remembering
The angel who brought me into the light
And then pushed me back into the darkness
