As a person with Arrhythmia life has always been hard for me.
Too much sport can be fatal, horror movies and jump scares could kill me or my heart could just give up one day.
Yet I learned there's something worse than stress, fright and an unexpected end.
A broken heart.

From a heart more broken than your own

My heart has always been weak and fragile

My legs and arms have never been agile

Yet I tried to catch you and help you up when ever I could

Yet I tried to visit you, no matter where on this earth you stood

I saw you as part of my life, a reason to keep on living

I saw you as a partner, someone no matter how I screwed up kept on forgiving

Or so I did, until you didn't anymore

Or so I thought, until my tears started to pour

And now when ever I see you sad my heart hurts with fears

And now when ever you are near me, my eyes are filled with tears

My broken heart endured

The pain of yours, be assured

When ever you got hurt or mad

When ever you got sad

My heart has always been weak,

but now,

My tears roll down my cheek

My world looks so bleak

My mind calls itself a freak

All that comes from a heart more broken than your own

From a heart made of grief and stone.
