In a world of segregation and secrecy, a group of unsuspecting teenagers are hurled into the strangest of battlefields. Facing things unlike anything they’ve witnessed despite the recurring theme of loss in their pasts, these seven teenagers are sent running for their lives, with only the protection of themselves and each other to keep them alive. Suffering both physical and emotional hurt, confusion, destruction and fear, they are forced to trudge their way to the Bossman’s headquarters, potentially losing a few companions along the way. In a tornado-like mix of love, desire, death, fury, determination, misery and hope, Rylie and her friends fight their way through the epidemic at hand, all the while doing all that they possibly can to avoid the all dreaded infection.
