Through life.... We all experience a breif moment of doubt... A moment of is this even worth it, and sometimes we give into that doubt. Faith in determines of webster dictionary is a strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof.

I can say from my own experiences from being a christian that faith is a hard lesson to learn. That it is a constant war between staying strong and falling to the surrounding evil. Especially when the death of a friend and former teammate of mine Curt happened... He died on April 1, 2017 and when the news broke... I thought it was some kind of joke... and when I saw the look of sadness came across my friend Trevor's face arose...

When he told me that he had a siezure in his sleep my day went from good to bad quickly. I thought to myself, why would God.... why would a God so good take away someone so young. Then I realized something about God...

That he takes someone when he needs them... Not because he wants to make people suffer. But because he wants them to be done suffering. Faith help me realize this because faith can be the difference from blaming God and everybody else... To accepting that loss makes you stronger than before.

That it teaches you. That Faith uses sadness and the happy times to be built to make you as a christian and a person better.
For God says in Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. "
God knows the plan for our lives... But the faith we carry needs to be a strong foundation for the plan God has, or you will never see the plan God has for you.

Remember the sailors that rode the boat with Jesus during the storm... They knew that God would protect them yet, when the storm hit... All they knew vanished and they knew not that God would protect them but yet they would be killed in the storm. Yet, Jesus slept through the storm becuase he knew God would protect him.

Peter had lost faith in himself after he denied Jesus 3 times while the rooster crowed.. Even the followers of Jesus didn't have the strongest faith at times which prooves the point that a strong based faith... Will hold up the dicey moments that life brings to the table.

For James 1:6 says, "But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind." Water can easily be blown around. And it doesn't take much to shift the momentum of it either. So when we don't have a strong basis of faith, when the rough moments have passed... We sway and leave that original base that we once knew. Like a wave in the ocean, it doesn't take much to lose a little bit of faith.

For faith isn't something that is easy, becasue if it was... Everybody would do it. But remember, Faith isn't about who you call when the  sun is shinning and the  breeze is nice... But it's who you call when the storm finally hits.
