Growing up I was always in great physical shape.I was an active person in school. I played a lot of sports and was always doing something, like running, playing basketball, or riding my bike. After I got married and had my three kids, which I'm blessed to have. I put on a lot of weight over the years, and my health got bad, I was on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. It got to where I couldn't even walk to do my grocery shopping my husband had to finish shopping while I sit on the bench, It hurt me so bad to walk. I didn't"t feel comfortable in my own skin, even though my husband loved me the way I was, I wanted to be a better wife mother and grandmother. One day I was looking on Facebook and seen my cousin posting her before and after photos, and sharing her weight loss journey. That was all it took that day to inspire me. so the very next day I started my weight loss journey. I knew it wouldn't be easy, and I wasn't sure if I would even be able to workout every day. Guess What! I Did It, and I went from 304 lbs to 177 Lbs. Now I have more energy than I have ever had before in my entire life.I can also get outside and play with my grandsons, and just enjoy life with my family. I"m also a Beachbody coach now, and I love drinking the Shakeology shakes it is good, and I love doing the workouts, such as the 21 Day fix, and I've also done Piyo, and the 22 Minute Hard Corps.I lost all my weight by just eating healthier, I ate my fish, and chicken baked, ate lots of vegetables, and fruit, and healthy snacks in between my three meals a day.I also drink half my weight in ounces of water every day..I'm sharing my journey with you because I would like to be an inspiration to someone else. I have already inspired people at work to lose weight and eat healthier. I also won the Win It To Lose it, at work last year, don't know if I will win it this year or not, but that doesn't matter. We are all winners because we are trying to be healthy, and live a much better life, so we can enjoy our loved ones.If I can do it so can you, but you have to do it for yourself and no one else and you have to make a comittment to yourself, or it won't work. Remember you Got This!
