Chapter 1

Tara hit the top of the Crow carrier and almost slid off the side but she just saved herself by grabbing hold of a bar with one hand. Tara looked up as she heard something else hit the cruiser and pull her up. “Tase your luck is going to run out one day.” He shouted over the engines as he helped her up.

“I know Storm, Where’s Breeze?” shouted Tara, Storm pointed and shouted “Riding the storm.” She watched Breeze fly towards them as he controlled the winds. Tara smiled and reached for the hatch handle and pulled it open, she waited as the twins dropped inside and quickly followed herself closing the hatch. As Tase landed she noticed the twins talking to a man with the same bright blond hair and sky blue eyes.

“Lord Lutas, I had a feeling you would come to see your kids and I guess you made the storm wilder?”

The Sky God smiled and nodded “Yeah, I wanted to see how tough you guys are. That was close though Tase.” Tara frowned and blushed “Why did you need to see how tough we are?” The gods face darkened.

“Boy’s leave us for a few minutes.” Breeze nodded and pulled Storm behind him. Lutas and Tase’s eyes met “What’s going on Lutas?” Lutas sat down on a bench “Somethings happening the Oracles are warning us that something big is coming.”

Tase shuddered to hear that the gods are worried. “Lunar wants all demigods to gather at Alioth, he also calls for a representative of the TDF. So Lunar had a chat with the Commander and well, you are that representative. The Commander is putting you down as the Leader of a new squad the Wolves. The Commander has already sent equipment and anything you would need to Alioth.”

Tara looked at the god with a small bit of anger “I guess my mind is made up for me.” Lutas shifted in his seat a little. “Sorry, but we had to act fast.” Lutas looked at her with a thoughtful expression. “When you get there keep your head down, some people won’t be happy your there.” With that he disappeared in a flash of light.

On the surface of a distant moon a god looked up and watched the stars, he leant against the balcony railing. He felt his eye draw towards a star which went out. He jumped and ran a second before a scream of agony. The god ran and picked up a goddess who was lying on the ground… her eyes white and her body was shaking.
