Who doesn't want to be admired by those around him or her? Not all of us want to socialize much but invariably everyone has a desire to be viewed as a likeable person. There are many ways to get recognition but the intent is what really counts when it comes to winning hearts of the people around you. Some people instantly reinvigorate any group they join, some have the opposite effect while some do not impact the others at all.

If you evaluate the people belonging to all the three groups you'll find some commonalities displayed by people in each group. Here are some personality traits that those falling in the first group are likely to exhibit;

A - They have a firm handshake.

B - They smile when they meet and greet you and their smile puts you at ease.

C - They listen to you with genuine interest.

D - They look into your eyes while they are talking to you.

E - When you discuss your problems with them, they immediately offer help and advice.

F - They are extremely optimistic and look for possibilities rather than constraints.

G - They see the bigger picture.

H - They are compassionate and tolerant.

I - They have a good sense of humor.

The list is not exhaustive but some of these traits are more significant in terms of their influencing effects and are easy to adopt. Here are the tips:

1- Firm handshake - It reassures the person that he or she is important.

2- Smile - It's an elixir that kills all ills and is a key that makes you successful in life. That works not only while you see people in person but also when you speak to them on the phone.

3- Be a good listener - You have two ears and one mouth, so you already know what the priority is.

Try this and see how the magic transforms your life and fills your heart with joy!

Smile for about 5 seconds. How did it feel to you?

If it worked for you then it will work for others as well. Make it a habit.

Cheers!
