This is a poem that I wrote after having the most wonderful night with two of my best friends and it now not only describes that night but plenty of other moments with those friends and other ones too.

Everyone has those moments that define you.

Those moments are the ones that take the joy you want and make it true.

Those moments where you feel like spinning around, and out of control.

Those moments that feel like a special scene in a movie or TV show.

Those moments that made you so happy you could cry.

Those moments that you will carry with you until you die.

Those moments you have with family, friends and fun.

Those moments that feel infinite, even when they are done.

Those moments like parties, holidays, summer, and more.

Those moments are worth so much you could never be poor.

I thank the people who were there for each of those moments I’ve had.

I think of those moments and the excitement fort he ones to come whenever I’m sad.

Those moments define the person I am and will be.

I’m thankful for that, because thanks to those moments I’m glad to be me.
