For every successful entrepreneur’s, there is a lot of hard work to achieve the goal without even thinking its day or night. It reflects your dedication and being passionate about to fulfill your dreams.  The best way to learn anything in business is acquiring the information and ideas about the business from any startups Owner and CEOs.

Here we have Imran Syed, Sprintzeal CEO and one of its co-founder, is one of the best known professional trainer and most successful entrepreneur. Sprintzeal is global leader in providing professional certification training on various courses like PMP, ITIL, CSM, PRINCE2, Six Sigma etc across the countries.

Anthony: Sir lets tell our reader a little introduction about you?

Imran: Well Myself Imran Syed hails from Bangalore, India and was born in middle class family. I completed my graduation degree from Bangalore University and post-graduation from global University of UK Territory. Being a goal oriented person, once I decided what I want to do in my life, I definitely do it.

Anthony: How do you feel as a CEO of newly Startup Company?

Imran: It’s been wonderful to owe an own company i.e. Sprintzeal.  However, it’s not an easy job to manage a newly startup company. But simultaneously keeping this in mind, have to run my company by facing the challenges. 

Anthony: What inspired you to start your company?

Imran: I had been employed for 10 years and worked with many organizations as a learning development Manager and Team supervisor. One day I realized, having 10 years of experiences then why I can’t start my own business. This thought inspired me to do so. I shared my opinions to my friend and had a study of how the market works and we implemented with proper strategies.

 

Anthony:  What are the challenges you facing while running your company?

Imran: As we know that in today’s digital world, many startups has come with similar products by selling it to attract the customers and promoting the business.

 

Anthony: What are your expectations from your employees?

Imran:  By setting a goal in mind, what we all want to get success in company structure. Working together and contributes as much as on what profile you hired for that will help to the growth of our company.

Anthony: What is your biggest achievement in your career?

Imran:  As a company CEO, I was awarded for the best-class learning center for professionals across the countries.
