The baby blue sky turns to ash

The wind’s howl fill the ears

The sky erupts with thunder,

Lighting cracks the sky

The shriek of a little girl pierces

through the eruptions of thunder

A mother's lullaby like voice,

quiets the little girl's screams

Lightning illuminates the sky

Followed by the billowing noise of thunder

As the warm voice of the mother

Melts the fear of the little girl.

The mother’s melody like voice

Makes the pounding of the rain

And boom of thunder sound like a symphony

With the light show of cracks in the sky

Mother said in a hushed tone

“Nature is making music”

“Nature is making music for you to hear”

“Nature wants to be heard”

A tune begins to play

Through the heart of the little one

She begins to hum to the rhythm of

Thunderous noise and the thumping beat of the rain

Hours of natural music play

A love is formed

Nature was heard

And fears have passed on
