Chapter1 (v.1) - Welp, I didn't intend this to be a book...

Author Chapter Note

Ye, so I didn't intend this to be a book, so this most likely will be a short story or a relatable script. (sort of)

Mum: (Your name) stop doing your computer thingy, and do your laundry! I have been asking for the last three days and you still have not done it! I asked you twice just now, I’m not saying it again.

You: I’ll do it later, mum, I’m playing a game.

Mum: PAUSE THE GAME, THEN! DO YOUR LAUNDRY NOW!

You: BUT THIS GAME CAN’T BE PAUSED!

Mum: DON’T YOU DARE RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME!

You: But you started it.

Mum: NO I DIDN’T!

You: -your face be like boi-  -_-

Mum: Do your laundry or else you’re saying bye bye to your computer.

You: You made me die. Thanks a lot.

Mum: I do not like your sarcasm, and it will not be tolerated.

You: What did I do?!

Mum: You will not do your laundry, you raised your voice, and you have a fresh tone with me! What did you not do?

You: First of all, I did not do my laundry now because you didn’t give me a chance, second, you started raising your voice, and third of all, I can’t help it that I have an attitude, people always have attitudes, positive and negative. Right now, it is negative, because you are falsely accusing me.

You: Also, what I did not do YET is my laundry, and I haven't used sarcasm YET.

A memory comes back to you…

Dad: The person who wins the argument will usually be the one who yells the loudest, not the person with the facts, because those facts cannot always be proven.

You: Great advice, dad. -smiles-

Dad: No problem, (your name)

Back in the argument…

Mum: Okay, just be fresh, than. Do your laundry and say goodbye to your computer for the day.

You: -throws a fit- *takes a huge breath*

Mum: Want it to be taken away for two days?

You: Obviously not.

Mum: There you go, it is taken away now for two days.

You: Why?!?!?!?

Mum: Because you do not know how to speak to me! You know no respect, how many times do I have to go through this?

You: -breathes a huge breath- Okay, can I finally get my laundry so I can actually do it?

Mum: THAT’S WHAT I HAVE BEEN ASKING YOU THIS WHOLE TIME!!

You: -about to argue but thinks better of it- Okay, well I need to get my laundry in order to clean it, so can you please step out of the way?

*Mum mutters something under her breath and does who knows what*

-I’d say this is quite relatable, wouldn’t you say?-
