look at you, look at yourself in the mirror. try to look at those fine lines and wrinkles that he have caused. do you deserve it? do you deserve to look old and stressed just because of him? do you deserve to be treated like shit while avoiding those other guys who really love you just because you’re afraid that he’ll get jealous and ignore you again? do you deserve this?

Look at you, look at yourself in the mirror. Try to look at those fine lines and wrinkles that he have caused. Do you deserve it? Do you deserve to look old and stressed just because of him? Do you deserve to be treated like shit while avoiding those other guys who really love you just because you’re afraid that he’ll get jealous and ignore you again? Do you deserve this? Are you sure you want to stay in this situation? Do you even remember how to smile confidently and laugh without being fake? Do you still know how to be loved? And lastly do you still recognize yourself? Before answering my questions try to analyze every single thing that is happening to you. Don’t answer rapidly without thinking. Just answer me in a nice and calmed way because you don’t need to force yourself to burst it all out in one single minute. Then try to compare. Try to compare the “you” in the past years and the “you” today that is being emotionally bombarded because there’s a “he”. Which one is the happier? Where do you see yourself more alive? I know you’re going to say that you love him, and that you cannot live without him. I know that you’re going to say that he’s the one who gives you strength, courage, happiness, and those other positive feelings. But isn’t he also the one who always made you cry? Isn’t he the one who left you on the kitchen floor kneeling while pleading for him not to leave? Isn’t he the one who gave you sleepless nights just because you’re waiting for his text or call? Isn’t he the one who kept on pushing you away whenever he’s having a good time with his friends? Isn’t he the one who made you lose all your self-confidence because of comparing yourself to other girls that he admitted to like more than you? Isn’t he the one who hurt you a thousand times? Now answer my questions. Answer all those questions, that I know, that had been hunting you since the day he changed. Oh, I’m sorry. Since the day he showed you his real self, rather.  Again, try to analyze every single thing that is happening to you. Is he still the one you want to stay with? Is he still the one you want to spend your whole life with? Is he still the man you want to marry? Is he still the one you want to be the father of your future children?  Is he still “The one” you dreamed when you’re still a high school teenager whose goal is to find her soul mate? Do you think your relationship is still healthy or is it a toxic in your life that is slowly killing you? Now try to breathe some air and wake yourself up. You’re not going to die without him. Instead you’re going to live, you’re going to have another chance to continue your life that had been stuck since he came in. Clean up the mess he made then put your lipstick and mascara on. Be beautiful, strong and bold. Walk with your stilettos and slay all those men out there. Stand up, straiten your body, and let your life persevere.
