The biggest challenge in summer is not to bear the heat of the scorching sun but to bear your glands always making your hands and feet go sweaty. People around you may often get irritated while shaking your sweaty hands or may be annoyed by your sweat stinking socks. So here I come with some tricks up my sleeves that will help you tackle with you sweating issues. As these are all natural remedies they don't bring along side-effects with them. • Dipping your hands and feet in cold water for around 15 minutes can help to an extent. • You can sprinkle talcum powder over your hands and feet but be sure to use a non-perfumed one. • Add 2-3 spoonful of baking soda to warm water and soak your feet/hands for about half an hour and then pat dry. • Add tomato juice to your diet and rub it on your palms and feet too. • You can also rub potato slices and let them dry before washing them off. • Soak cotton balls in rose water and pat over your feet and hands for a refreshing and cooling effect. • You can mix salt and lemon juice and apply it over your hands and feet and let it dry. After sometime you can wash it off. • You can rinse your hands/feet with tea bags to instantly get rid of the sweat. Most importantly never forget to wear clean gloves/ socks as nothing is more important than maintaining the hygiene of the clothes you wear. So have a happy feet and smooth sweat free hands this summer and let no sweat issues bother you.
