Heart afloat in peace hosts a turmoil. The heart that weeps within but lips harness a smile. A confession woven into a rondeau

Heart says something, Head counters it the next while.

Emotions evoke, logic says they stand futile.

A heart weeps within, but lips harness a smile.

Some ends arrive before the start.

Few read the tears rest call it art.

No complaints, no regrets; coz to joy sorrow's a part.

To balance the odds life has its own style.

A heart weeps within, but lips harness a smile.

Where solituy adds to making stark.

A world so lighted yet too dark.

All nibs write but few leave a mark.

Heart afloat in peace hosts a turmoil.

The heart that weeps within, but lips harness a smile.
