Short poem

I've never seen a truer sky

Lined with specks of bright

The audience has was watching

Who thought voyeurs

I mind the pathway there

Falling into Monaghan

Rolling into town

I found queer

You were home now

Bovine neighbours nod

Knowing the fate

For us

I've never seen a truer sky

I never will again

You showed me

This goodbye
