Can you feel it too? Somewhere, in the depths of the shadows in the corners, is everything I feel. Everything once said that has held no meaning has built a home in the back of my mind. When I'm alone, I can feel it reach out. No longer do I have reason to fear it. It's no more of a monster than I am. After all, aren't we all a bit misunderstood? Tired as I am, sleep will not come for me tonight. Dying slowly on the inside, living too fast on the out. I don't know what this war is about. All I can tell you is that it hurts. I feel you here, but your so far out of reach.

I wish you'd come back. If only to tell me goodbye for the last time.
