Glistening grey eyes,
Glance my way .
A trail of goodbyes
Follow what she's preparing to say .
"I want to die .
Allow the unforgiving tide to carry me away,
Feel the wind splash upon your face .
I'll spread my wings
As the currents sway
And sway .
I'll think to myself,
'Thy shant be afraid'
I won't cry out,
As the rocks and
Sand
Mingle with my body .
I won't have fear as the wind whispers promises into my hair .
I don't want to be here ."

I didn't know what to say,
What to do,
Why wasn't I enough for this girl bathed in blue ?
I tried to keep her from the tide,
But she went farther out each time .
"Don't let me hold you behind
My love,
I need to touch the stars .
Stop grasping onto my life
My love,
I promise I won't go that far ."

A few tears fall,
Nothing worth describing,
A little Angel spreads her wings,
She's something small and charming .
You would always find her breathing with the waves,
Her frosted, cold, grave .
She was something else
That girl of mine,
She always held one foot on land,
And the other swam with the tide .
