We're excited to announce Booksie Link, an inexpensive way for Booksie authors to promote books they have for sale on Amazon.

To help Booksie writers promote books they have published on Amazon, we have launched a new feature called Booksie Link. The feature allows you to link any content on Booksie to your book on Amazon. The link displays the title, book cover, some marketing language you can insert, and a big Purchase on Amazon. This provides you with a way to use the readership and fanbase you have accumulated on Booksie to sell more books.

Booksie Link is part of the Premium package, which also includes users stats, ebook tools, and more. You can learn more about Premium by visiting booksie.com/premium.

How to Use Booksie Link

You can link every piece of content from Booksie to your books on Amazon simply by clicking the Link button in your portfolio next to the relevant content and entering the ASIN or the 10-digit ISBN. It's pretty intuitive and easy. You can also enter some marketing text to appear beside the listing. Once you do that, the book and the marketing text will be placed at the bottom of your book, short story, poem, article, etc.

As an example of Booksie Link, I have linked this article to My Writing Life, a book published by our sister writing site TheNextBigWriter. You can see it below the text.

Featured on the Read tab

In addition, any book you add to BooksieLink is also added to the Booksie Bookstore, which can be viewed here. Readers can view your book and click over to Amazon to purchase it.

We hope this helps all of the Booksie authors out there who have books on Amazon generate more visibility and sales. As always, we welcome your thoughts and feedback.

You don't need to purchase anything on Amazon. You do need to have a book for sale on Amazon though, which is free. You would set this up first on Amazon and then link to it from your Booksie content.

I have spent hours in trying to link my books, especially the covers to Booksie. Please advise as to why I am having so many problems. I have managed one with cover and one that I have managed to transfer from a photo from my files, but with the first sequel, it is saying that I already have that on the Booksie site, but I cannot find it there. Any suggestions?

Do we take our book from Amazon and upload the same way we would new content that is free on the site? In other words, do I as a premium member, now add title, picture etc except content?
