An analogy in contrast of a person to a star. Both have their times of ups and downs. Ironically we see the downfall of both so differently.

I just saw a star fall, Closed my eyes and made a wish.

"I wish if men fell like you, Alike on thier way to perish."

Both break at point of time,

Both leave a skimmering trail,

Both lived thier shining era,

Both fall grounded burnt frail.

I found similarities, Thoughtful in dark I looked up,

Up I saw a star fall, Closed my eyes and made a wish.

"I wish if men fell like you, Alike on thier way to perish."

For men fall and collapse hurt,

They regret stumbling over an obstacle.

The stars fall and burn out,

Yet we look up at them for some Miracle.

Looking down at fallin' men, for once I looked up,

Up I saw a star fall, Closed my eyes and made a wish.

"I wish if men fell like you, Alike on thier way to perish."

Faith is a great healer,

Life a journey of high and low.

A fall doesn't mean a fail,

Unless we deny to grow.

Emracing the denial of a fall, Fallen I looked up,

Up I saw a star fall, Closed my eyes and made a wish.

"I wish if men fell like you, Alike on thier way to perish."
