One night, a little boy, just like any other was sleeping. It was a normal peaceful night, with a cold draft leaking through the window. It was the boy's birthday, it was over now. He had gotten a teddy bear, it was the cutest thing you had ever seen. His mom had bought it off of someone on the street, but the man looked trustworthy enough. The boy was afraid that the bear would come to life, thanks to a scary movie he had watched. The movie was about killer toys. So the bear stayed in the dresser safely. The boy twisted back and forth in his bed, unable to get comfy. He heard a slight creek, so decided to get up and close the window. He slowly stood up and left the messy covers on his bed. Tiptoeing over to the window, he shut it and quietly pranced back over to the bed, noticing that the pillow was on the other side. A slight movement came from under the covers, and that's all he needed to start screaming, but instead he froze in fear. Slowly he undid the covers, revealing a small mouse. It jumped out as he shooed it away, climbing back in his bed in relief. A creak. The boy was done. He jumped up and went over to his dresser and opened it, noticing, all his clothes, and the bear was gone. He turned around and there it was, standing on his pillow, the bear. It slid down onto the blanket and stared at the boy. With a soft whisper of "I'm here Aaron. I'm home, and I'm coming." Aaron was the boys name. He fell backward, keeping his eyes on the bear the whole time. The bear jumped down and walked over, Aaron stood up and ran to the corner of his room in cover. The bear followed. As the bear reached Aaron, it's button eyes had fallen off, revealing two dark holes. Aaron shrieked and backed into the wall. The bear approached him and said faintly, "your last, I already got everyone else."
