She’ll arrive soon. She said she would be here and so she will be here. I bet she’s gotten stuck on them tube trains coming home. Those things are always breaking. I dunno how she lives up that place. Too many people for me. Nope, I like it round here, you know what you’re getting.

She’s a good girl. I wonder if she’ll be hungry? I bet she will be, she doesn’t like coming home to her Mum’s cooking. Her Mum isn’t like how my Elsie was.

I don’t have any food in though, only a few packets of crisps. Ooo she could order us a pizza on that fancy phone. Yes, that’d be lovely. Bit of pizza. Maybe she’ll watch a few episodes of Dad’s Army with me? She loves them.

It’s getting on a bit now, she must be arriving soon.
