We are the silent, watchers of man

The moving, forgotten, dwellers of land

Stretched below the fading skies, we’re buried, unheard, beneath their cries

For freedom, redemption, grace, or revenge

We all watch them heap their sins

Upon each back, and heart sore man, there lies await to drag them in

To their graves without a crown

Each man is swallowed, within the ground

No longer claiming, a love or thing, beyond the peace, which death may bring

We are they, bound to see, the reasons why this all shall be

And to this end, we rise and fall

And watch forever, the lives of all
