Dear Married Woman

Dear married woman,
Tell me, are you satisfied?
I see a smile on your face,
But the pain in your eyes,

Dear married woman,
Tell me, does he know your worth?
I can tell you're always crying,
He's the reason why you hurt,

Dear married woman,
Tell me, why you're still with him?
He treats you like a slave,
Whilst he's acting like a king,

Dear married woman,
Tell me, why you take his side?
Does he really love you?
Is he happy you're his wife?

Dear married woman,
Tell me, when you're going to leave?
Enough of all the sacrifice,
It's time for you to breathe,

Dear married woman,
Tell me, can I be your man?
I'll treat you like a queen,
Help you when and where I can,

Dear married woman,
Tell me, can I be his dad?
I'll bring him up with morals,
He'll know what is good and bad,

Dear married woman,
Tell me, don't you want that life?
A lot of independency,
Where you're doing what you like?

Dear married woman,
Tell me, will you cross him off?
Come along with me,
And I will be the man he's not...
