I got this Knott in my stomach body starts to over heat Start to Thu I it time to eat. But can't move my feet. Knott moves into my chest. Start to Think it time to rest. Body starts to tingly Knott now I'm my throat Might throw up (hold that shit in) Could feel every piece of hair. Gotta hold focus so start to stare Body starts to cook down. The hunger gases away. The Knott now feels like mesh Can't feel my flesh Numb to pain. Thoughts of better ways pile in But can't understand where to even beging. Words become tangled twisted and raw. Eyes a tiny of redness Forgot the reason I even did this. But this is who I am. A shell of a man. Never shown how to stand. Never had the sense of realism So reality sliped away in my teens. Only few know what I mean. Only the hardest breed know what's it like not to feed but be full. Holding on to past images of forgotten loves. But it's hard to understand if it was even real...
