I can't believe what has happened.  Yesterday afternoon/early evening, a concert we were attending turned into sheer chaos when a terrorist struck.  One minute, people were having fun, and the next, sheer panic and confusion.  It was beyond terrifying.

Somehow I managed to get away, but dozens of people were not so fortunate.  At last count, 22 people were reported to have been killed, whilst over fifty were injured, many of them critically.  It was suppoed to have been a day of fun, frolic, and pure enjoyment.

It's getting to the point to where people can no longer have fun without becoming the target of some sick individual's "statement" of hatred and violence.  This is the third reported terrorist attack here in England in less than a year.  If you ask me, this is becoming ridiculous.

Something has got to be done to stop the madness that's taken hold of our nation (and around the world).  Those responsible need to be dealt with and punished with the severest form of the law; immediately would be nice.  The prime minister and federal government (as well as local and state governments) need to work together to find out who is at the crux of the attacks and put a stop to any further attacks if at all possible.

I just don't understand the motive behind the attack or why it even took place.  Bad enough adults get injured or killed, but when innocent children or teenagers do?? Unthinkable.  Totally unacceptable.  One of the victims was a young girl of just eight years old.  My heart goes out to her family and friends; no, my heart goes out to all those killed or injured.

I shall be praying for the affected, and pray that those responsible will be brought to justice.  I shall also pray for the bomber's family and friends, though I don't want to; but I need to; if I am a Christian, I should pray for all people, good or bad, no matter what they do; but right now it's hard to.  I feel nothing but disgust and anger towards the bomber and those who support terrorism in any way.

Please pray for our beautiful Great Britain; pray for our leaders and pray for our citizens.  Pray for our allies and pray for the whole world, really ... I tell you, this whole world has gone completely bonkers!! :(
