I am of words that speak stories unknown,

Of jet black ink, afflatus seems inert.

One foot in front the other, don’t walk alone

That seems to be all you can do when hurt.

Life has no grand run, journey, or a trip,

But hills, twists, ditches and a gaping pit.

It’s fine to fall and tumble, and lose grip,

But not okay to give up, I admit.

Keep walking, friend, for all I insist

Is to hold your hand when it gets too hard.

So long as we are lost and hold our wist,

For we are not a simple ink stain book tarred.

Not always just words though it may seemed

But even now a little dusty our front gleamed.
