Stare

she has a fluttering gaze
a half-opened stare
she wraps me up at night
the warmth fills every pore

you know where to lie and cry
sending emotion across heavens
you have the sweet supple skin
of an angel fallen from sin

a tight smile, begging eyes
distracted face, no more lies
the honesty hits up front
hugging our glory fount

her desire grows with every step
until she can't take it, insist
barely above a whisper- call
staying close to mind at all

at night my mind drifts away
she's giving me dreams stellar
where all I know is love
like a faint melody heard again-

on this I cannot depend
so I venture out beyond,
not giving up until we find
what it is we are

the time arrives again
days pass but moments remain
one question rises above all:
will we see each other again?

not my type nor way of approach
but every moment is new, leave must
the old path- too many games and anxiety
refresh the present, chill the heart

soft melody appears again: love?
to find another, find one's self
caress the mind- enamored with body
maybe fate will smile on us again
