The sky is blue,

The clouds are white.

Sun in the sky is shining bright.

Paper lanterns will fly when daytime is done,

We laugh under a springtime sun.

A golden sky,

A joyous cry.

A breeze in evening air is nigh.

Friends stand by a river and watch it run,

We dance under a springtime sun.

The stars are out,

The moon is gold.

The nighttime air is far from cold.

Bright lanterns fly up in a ton,

We say farewell to a springtime sun.

The two of us,

Yes, just us two,

SIt under our favorite tree from youth.

We gaze up at a navy sky

And watch the golden herons fly.

I think of just

How far we've come

Through troubles and joy alike.

Our friendship has blossomed into love

As true and joyful as a dove.

You take my hand,

And I take yours.

The beating heart inside me soars.

You ask to spend your life with me,

I only kiss you to agree.
