whisper

passing a word

gossip grows;

every moment

watching to know

(down with flow)

she has no smile

of innocent betrayed;

after a time, a while

we may fight frayed

(my how hopeful now)

society tells of noble hells

yet no one reveals warm fields;

to choose a mate from look or grace

but neglect the soul's taste

(I rebel, resisting the show and tell)

your emptiness begs for a sate

when we are in a sorry state;

I wish to hold our infatuation far

or else lose this silent stare

(she looks away, embrassed but unafraid)
