Forced to Speak

I don't want to wake up everyday and not know what day it is, not anymore.  The hideous looks from my community as if they acted or expected me to solve this thing, why must it be me?  A question that I could have pondered for no longer than a second.  I knew that it must be me.  Because when the children looked at me they expected me to act.  So I wasn't proud, I was sure ... I just did what had to be done.  Delerious no more I would find my way home.
Where is my home, now, now that I know.
So they won't celebrate me when I am gone, I know this.  Please let me re-think this passage?  I know that there are good people here but they will not do what I must do. So I will!  Please excuse me for I know that I must be wrong.
