In the middle of nowhere, am I anything at all? If I get back up, did I first, have to fall? No telling where it came from, or where it goes. But I guess that only goes to show. I'm wide awake, only when I'm fast asleep. Never slowing down, in my monotonous dreams. So much of the same, dreaded things. Waking up, for the first time, brings me relief. It only hurts when I fully come to, and realize the person not here, is you. Where did you go? Could you tell me that much? When one is dead, they are treated as such. Gone, forever, sewn into the wrinkles in time. No pain is any more worse than this kind. A frozen stare, into a darkening, silent room. All I can say anymore, is that I hope the sun rises soon. The shadows can be, a difficult weight to bear. Because in not one of them, will I find you there. Strangers in the night, they only start a fight. With myself, I will go to war, fighting to find something worth living for. I'm no more broken, than this godforsaken mirror, on my floor.
