love without words

coming from the heart.

Like something that I knew and saw.

Expresions are invisible in a form so raw.

Wondering why we win and fall when earth passes bye like summer to fall.

Impatient heart flutters like Love without words.

The feeling I get now is like a sky without birds.

So quite I listen but my stare says it all.

Eyes broken and shaken with memories recalled.

Living his life and still my relationship felt severed.

He Spoke strong with his voice and his thoughts were so clever.

Hands that broke stones with strength like the sun.

His way is the way I will care for my son.

Love without words and never words without love.

I remember this man like a dove from above and

I remember the night when I gave my last hug.

Till the day that I die he was inspirational love.

Love without words as I'm holding his hand.

I remember he told me "son be a real man".

Not knowing how rough my heart was broken in two.

I prayed to the lord and said" Please dont let this be true".

Now I look and I see that he was always around.

When lost in this world he always made me feel found.

Like an Angel in dreams which from the Heavens came down.

He was love till the last day I stood  and prayed on his mound.

Love you Dad.

At first when I was reading it I thought it was about a lover, but was pleasantly surprised to see it was about a father-son relationship. Beautiful twist and beautiful way to describe that kind of relationship, which I believe tends to be one of the most complex relationships. Fantastic!

Glad you liked it. I'm new to booksie so just grabbed and pasted the rough draft. Thanks for looking past the gramatical errors.
