Life takes wrong turns sometimes, and we are left broken on the floor. But never forget, every fall is a new chance to start all over.

Still Here

Sometimes bridges burn,
And tables turn.
Oceans, they run dry,
And clouds, they might cry.

Songs always end;
Lovers turn into friends.
Days, they go by;
There’s no answer why.

Prayers hit the ceiling;
Bruises, they stop healing.
Angels can be deceiving,
And children stop believing.

Comets fly away;
Sunlight dies at the end of the day.
Travelers, they lose their way,
But they get there anyway.

And all that matters my dear,
Is that you’re still here.
This might be the coldest night,
But never give up the fight.

The bridge got burned,
But in the end you learned.
Everything might feel wrong,
But don’t stop writing your song.
